As Reconciliation Week comes to a close in 2026, we are reminded that reconciliation is something we all take part in—by listening, learning, and creating spaces for understanding and connection within our community.

At Forrestfield Library, on Whadjuk Noongar boodja, we explored First Nations stories through our Display Pod and marked the arrival of the Noongar season of Makuru, with some wonderfully wild, windy craft at Discover & Create on Saturday morning.
