What’s on my mind !!

Well a number of things , as a business , you face a lot of challenges , particularly in small business.

We train people , we allow them to be , support 100% , provide opportunity .

So there’s a space and a need for a great Tech that may be unhappy , does not have opportunity, and needs a new chapter.

A new chapter is starting with us as we are embracing a new start .

If the Book can talk , that would be appreciated .😊🙏

Not a rant , so bare with me .!!

When you have to remove a driveline from an Audi , and a Q7 , engine gearbox, subframe, drive shafts, Seperate ! Then make the right contact with our brilliant gearbox team , gearbox failed due to cooler and contaminating entire components.

We have to all put up with supply chain issues.. but saved new box from audi ex Germany $29000 , complete re build $12000 everything new.

Throw in timing chains as well, now we are really mixing it up.!!

Replacing parts again , same story.

Well done Jake Taylor , for being patient and fixing it..!!

Next week we complete the full driveline rebuild , putting it back into the Audi Carcass .

Oh and for the record , we have to service and maintain 50 customers per week as well..

So as this Audi comes back to life, spare a thought that we are fixing something we never built in the first place .🤔
