Tech evolution is transient in its nature, ever changing and evolving into something newer as time passes. People can only absorb so much information all at once, and those working in the regulatory sector need to keep up with the momentum of evolution of the digital landscape.

One main concern that Natasha brought up was the struggle with people working in regulatory institutions – the struggle of having the bandwidth and capacity to understand the complexities of these emerging technologies in order to moderate them properly.
