Just got back from a weekend away in Melbourne! There are a few key takeaways from the Let Them Tour Show by
1. Make time for what truly matters. If you lack clarity about your priorities, others will fill the gap in ways you may not intend.
2. Over any 20 year span, we each have roughly 8,000 days. There are many possible versions of ourselves, and the future is shaped by the choices we make today.
3. Jealousy is personal. It often reveals what you genuinely want and what you donโt.
4. Value your time and energy deliberately. Ask yourself - where are you directing attention, and is it aligned with what you can actually control?
What I love is that all these takeaways can be applied to all aspect of your life including your health and career.
