Enveloping the façade with a fresh colour and material palette has transformed this dated office building. A new fence was constructed with natural stone cladding and dark aluminium blades, defining the extremities of the business' location and fulfilling the owners brief of a luxurious entrance for their cliental.

Proving that good things do come in small packages, this compact 156m2 site will house a bold, textural two storey home that offers diversity and quality finishes to the affordable housing market. In collaboration with Olympic Design and Drafting the narrow 6.0m wide site has adopted a design that extends the footprint right to the sites boundaries whilst including a courtyard and inset openings maintain depth and shading.
