20 years of vision. 20 years of resilience. 🎉
There are moments in every organisation’s journey that remind us how far we have come. As Perdaman marks 20 years of Creating a Better Tomorrow, this is one of those moments. The Perdaman family came together across Perth, Karratha, Delhi, Chennai, and Hyderabad to celebrate this remarkable milestone.
The celebration began with a company-wide address from our Chairman, Vikas Rambal, who reflected on Perdaman’s journey, shared inspiring stories from the early days, recognised our people, and outlined the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. 🗣️
One of the highlights of the day was a special anniversary video showcasing Perdaman’s journey over the past two decades, featuring heartfelt messages from our leaders and team members across the globe. We were also honoured to have Mrs Usha Rambal join the celebrations at our Delhi office. 🙌
The event marked the unveiling of our new 20-Year Anniversary Logo, followed by cake cutting celebrations across all offices and the presentation of a commemorative 20-year memento to every employee as a token of appreciation for being part of this remarkable journey. The day concluded with team lunches, laughter, and celebrations across our offices, reflecting the spirit of collaboration and community that has shaped Perdaman over the past 20 years. 🍽️
To our employees, partners, clients, and communities: thank you for being part of our story. Here's to the next chapter of innovation, growth, and Creating a Better Tomorrow. 🥂

National Reconciliation Week 2026 reminds us that reconciliation is not something we simply observe, it is something we must all actively participate in. This year’s theme, All In, is a powerful call for every Australian to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation and to play a role in building a more united and respectful future together.
The theme highlights that meaningful change cannot happen from the sidelines. Reconciliation requires action, shared responsibility, and a collective commitment to listening, learning, and strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It also recognises the ongoing efforts of First Nations communities who have carried the responsibility of advocating for reconciliation for generations.
🎨 The 2026 campaign artwork by renowned Gumbaynggirr/Bundjalung artist Otis Hope Carey represents people from all walks of life coming together with optimism, unity, and purpose to create meaningful change.
At Perdaman, we acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we live and work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and remain committed to fostering respectful relationships that honour Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, and futures.
