We're on a mission to make sport a great place for everyone!

That’s why we’ve launched the Welcoming Inclusive Network (WIN) website— an online hub to help clubs and sporting organisations create more inclusive environments for people with disability 🎉.

On the website, you’ll find:

- Practical tools, videos, and templates
- Real club stories on what inclusion looks like in practice
- Perspectives of athletes and committee members with disability
- An inclusion self‑assessment tool

Whether you’re a club, coach, volunteer, athlete or State Sporting Association, we’re ready to support your inclusion journey!

Explore the website: https://win.inclusionsolutions.org.au/

Share with your network and help make sport more inclusive for everyone 📣.

This project received grant funding from the Australian Government.

We're proud to be recognised as a Disability Inclusive Sports Club and to be awarded the WIN Badge!

At Rockingham City FC, we believe sport is for everyone. We’re committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where people of all abilities can participate, contribute and belong. Being a club that truly reflects our community means removing barriers and making sure everybody has the opportunity to get involved.

Through participating in the WIN Project, an initiative by Inclusion Solutions, we undertook an assessment of our policies, programs and culture to ensure we’re building a more inclusive club for members with disability.

Receiving the WIN Badge recognises our commitment to inclusion. We’ll continue to learn, improve and create positive sporting experiences for all.

We are also proud of our i-League to be part of the Football Futures Foundation, with the program sponsored by Shape Disability.

If you’d like to learn more about getting involved at Rockingham City FC, we’d love to hear from you!

It’s not every day you get the chance to be interviewed so when the opportunity comes up, you’ve got to take it!

Make sure you stick around and watch until the end 👀

This National Reconciliation Week, we reflect, learn and take action toward a more just and inclusive Australia.

The 2026 theme,“All In”, is a call for us all to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation, every single day. 🖤💛❤️

We honour the histories, cultures and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and acknowledge that real change happens when we all work together.

Let’s listen, learn, and take action to help build respectful relationships and a stronger future for everyone.
