We’re looking for:
🔨 Qualified Roof Plumbers (5+ years’ experience)
👷 Experienced Trade Assistants (5+ years on-site experience)

What you’ll need:
✅ 5+ years’ experience
✅ White Card
✅ Working at Heights (within 2 years)

✅ Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening (including random testing)
✅ Steel cap boots & long hi-vis

Bonus if you have:
📌 High Risk Licence – EWP (mandatory)
📌 Other High Risk licences (desirable, not essential)

Other details:

Casual start (3-month trial) with permanent opportunities for the right people

Work across Perth, North & South-West WA (not FIFO, but some FIFO projects may come up)

PRC BUILDING SERVICES PTY LTD is currently looking for Roofing Subcontractor Teams for Sheet Metal/Tile Roofing, Maintenance, Building & Re-roofing works. Western Australia wide. Must be able to meet the below criteria:

• Must have building/carpentry/roofing knowledge
• Be familiar with JHA/JSA
• High degree of quality
• Commercial and Industrial experience
• WAH ticket within 2 years
• High Risk Licence for EWP
• Able to pass D&A Testing/Medicals (requirement of some sites)
• Valid Workers Compensation & Public Liability Insurance

PRC are looking for qualified supervisors with roofing and building backgrounds, work will initially be in Perth then also the Northwest.

Must have WAH/EWP/DL as a minimum.
Have an outgoing personality, commitment to OH&S and quality.
Must be computer literate to a high degree.

Note: PRC are located in Malaga and prefer applicants to live a reasonable distance from our office.
Preference is for applicants that have already been in a similar position or want to learn all aspects of construction management.
