Got sent a photo yesterday of this western bearded dragon and asking what to do with it. To the untrained eye you would think just to release it but this adult beardie is severely underweight! I went down and picked him up and took him to hotel tania to be fatend up

Bit of a different call today was speaking to the lady on the phone saying she had a snake inside the fence on the top railing me thinking straight away its a python and sure enough this escaped stimson python was the culprit
Luckly for me this snake has been well handed and is a very good behaved snake letting me help it get out 🤣
Please share it around in your local baldivis group.
If this is your snake please call me or msg me

Dugite (highly venomous)
Lady found a dugite in her back yard and managed to trap it under a tub untill I arrived. This snake is a hatchling from Feb and as you can see the typical black head of a hatchie is fading out.
Not every day you get a callout like this ! Here is the video of yesterday capture if you didnt see the photo. Their is a Gould's monitor and a dugite stuck down a 2.5m deep pit!

Well this is a first for me! Yesterday around 4 30 I got a call from a concerned bloke that their is a snake and a lizard stuck down a 2.5m deep pit not knowing how long they have been down there for either.
To find predator(Gould's monitor) and prey (dugite)stuck in the same hole and the dugite still alive paints one picture both these animals where stressed out and didn't see anything of each other they had one goal and that was to get out and survive!
Luckly with both body condition they have not been down there for long both animals where released video to come

Dugite (highly venomous)
This sneaky little gut was found inside a home once he was spotted he took off into hiding under a cabinet this is why we always say keep eyes on the snake.
Release of the baby tiger snake.
How cool is this this guy chances of survival is not going his way with a small percentage actually making it to adult hoods luckly for these snakes they are fast growers

How cute! Tiny wee little baby tiger snake! I have caught small tiger snakes before but never this small! This little tacker will be under a week as its still got its original skin.
Cool fact about tiger snakes they actually give live birth to 20-30 little ones!
Now these snakes are still extremely venomous
