Registrations are now open for SensesWA's two-day Communication Guide Training.

This hands-on course covers deafblind awareness, communication, accessibility and safe guiding techniques, giving you practical skills you can apply in everyday settings.

It’s a great opportunity to learn how to better support people who are deafblind.

Thank you to Minister Beazley for joining us to celebrate Deafblind Awareness Week.

It was wonderful to see the creativity, talent and leadership of the Deafblind community on display, from artwork and performances through to the graduation of the Young Leaders Program participants.

A big thank you and congratulations to Deafblind West Australians for putting on a wonderful event to celebrate Deafblind Awareness Week.

Deafblind West Australians, along with SensesWA, does amazing work to support and advocate for people who are deafblind, deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have low vision.

The incredible creativity of our deafblind community took centre stage at the event, with artwork and theatre and music performances all on display.

A massive shoutout also goes to the graduates of Deafblind West Australians Young Leaders Program 🙌
