Members of our Perth-based office team recently traded their desks for harnesses, spending the day at our Vertical Services training facility to experience how our rope access technicians train.
Clipping in alongside anchor systems, rescue points and a replica ore chute, they gained a greater appreciation for the planning, precision and technical skill behind our rope access operations.
Whether we’re in an office, workshop, training centre, regional hub or on one of more than 90 client sites, experiences like these help us better understand each other’s work and strengthen the connections that make us one team.

Celebrating Boxy’s 15 years at Linkforce 🎉
Andrew “Boxy” Boxall recently worked out that he has spent 43% of his life at Linkforce (and counting!).
Back in 2011, Boxy started out as an apprentice boilermaker/welder at Titan Enterprises, now Linkforce Fabrication. Since then, his journey has shown just how far hard work and a willingness to learn can take you.
Over the past 15 years, he has progressed from apprentice to boilermaker, Leading Hand, Fabrication Coordinator, Senior Fabrication Coordinator and Acting Operations Manager, before stepping into the role of Regional Manager – Fabrication earlier this year. Along the way, he has worked across Linkforce’s fabrication operations in Naval Base, Kewdale, Jandakot and Karratha, delivering major projects and building strong relationships across both the business and the wider fabrication industry.
Reflecting on his journey, Boxy credits Linkforce with helping him develop the time management, problem-solving and leadership skills that support him today. He says the network he has built over the years means challenges are rarely faced alone, and that loyalty and a supportive team always goes a long way.
His proudest achievement? Completing his apprenticeship. Like many teenagers, he admits there were a few bumps along the road, but he is grateful he stayed the course. It is a decision that has paid dividends throughout his career.
Congratulations, Boxy! Here’s to 15 years of dedication, personal growth and some bloody good welding. We’re proud to have been part of your journey and look forward to what lies ahead. 👏
