Do you have a grey account on Facebook? If you have a Facebook business page created without attaching your personal account to it, then you may have been able to manage it without any problem in the past.

However, it does not work that way anymore, just like what one of our clients experienced as seen in the photos.

Thankfully, there are ways to go about it - and IBC shares a guide on how to solve this gray account issue on Facebook.

1. Ensure your personal account is given access to your Facebook business page and other pages the account may have been in charge of.

2. Let Facebook clean the account records up.

3. Log in using the old account and go to your business page and choose “setting” from the left menu.

4. Then select “page roles” from the left menu and add your personal user as an admin.

5. You should be able to manage your account by following these simple steps.
