Noosa mornings……

The first 7 months of 2025 have been big, especially career-wise. New role, same pace, new challenges. This week in Noosa has been my first proper break since Feb, and I’ve definitely relaxed into the coastal vibe.

I’m the first to tell my team to go all in at 100%, then fully switch off… but doing the switch off part myself? Still a work in progress. When you actually stop, you realise how much you needed to - not just for me, but my family too!

Noosa, you might just become an annual tradition!

Another seminar this morning. A very engaged crowd with some fantastic questions. I was battling through the man flu with a raspy voice, but who would want things to be straight forwards….how boring!
