TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Before committing to hiring out any of the garments from Elle Loyer please carefully read our terms and conditions! �

TRY ONS:
Appointments can be booked through messaging directly to any of our social pages.
Sessions are 15 minute back to back appointments, if you are going to require longer then please let us know so we can allocate a longer time slot to you!
You can try on as many garments as you like within your 15min booking & we allow up to 2 people per booking. If you are not able to make your booking, please let us know at least 2 hours before your appointment.

PAYMENT:
ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO ELLE LOYER ARE FINAL.
If the hiring party decides to cancel the booking they must forfeit the deposit amount as the garment was already marked unavailable for any other potential clients.
NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED.

DEPOSITS & BONDS:
A deposit amount is required to secure the garment for your date & the full amount is to be paid when the garment leaves Elle Loyer. A bond amount included in the hire fee will be given back to you upon returning the garment in the same condition the hiring party received it in. If the garment is damaged in any way or requires dry cleaning, this will be paid with the bond.

LIABILITY:
You are responsible for the garment the entire time it is hired out to you. All repair costs are to be paid by the hiring party. Upon hiring the hiring party agrees not to alter or modify any of the garments in any way. The garments are inspected before and after each hire so any previous damage to the dresses will be written in our books & spoken about prior to hiring.

RETURNS:
Garments are to be picked up a day prior to your event & returned the day after, therefore it should be in the hiring parties possession for a total of 3 days. There is a late fee of $10 per day which will occur daily until the garment is returned. If after 10 days the garment isn’t returned, this will be labelled a Non-Return Garment and the hiring party will be responsible for paying the hire fee plus the retail value of the garment.

CLEANING:
All cleaning is done through Elle Loyer, please do not attempt to wash your garment at home as most of them require special methods of cleaning to keep the garment from fading. If dry cleaning is required due to deeper stains, that will be paid with the bond or an invoice will be sent to the hiring party to be reimbursed.
