GN AUTOMOTIVES would like to welcome our new member to the family Mr. Dil Kumar Rai also known as DILIP is highly experienced and results-driven Head Mechanic/Automobile Technician with over 25 years of hands-on expertise in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicles, particularly Toyota models. He is known for his precision, leadership, and dedication to service excellence.
He began his career at Singye Engineering Workshop, Phuentsholing (2001–2004), where he was praised for his sincerity, hard work, and ability to build customer trust.
He continued his journey at the State Trading Corporation of Bhutan (STCBL) (2010–2015) as Auto Technician, leading technical operations, ensuring service quality, and mentoring junior staff in alignment with Japanese service standards.
From 2015 to 2025, he led operations at Dagap Automobiles Service Center, a family business in Thimphu, where he managed both technical and administrative functions, specialized in complex diagnostics and repairs, and streamlined workshop efficiency.
He comes highly recommended for roles in both government and private organizations, with a proven track record of reliability, technical expertise, and leadership. His contribution will significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of services at GN Automotives.
