I always wondered how would change feel like? How would it look and taste in my mind? Then this month of June, I decided to try ‘Changing’ for a change, haha. I decided to do 3124 pushups for a challenge. And I didn’t know what am I going for and how would it affect me. After 3124 push-ups all I can is, I am not afraid to try and make mistakes anymore. There’s no such thing called perfection and being ready. I just gotta jump with whatever I have and Keep pushing along the way. You see, change isn’t this grandiose thing. It’s a mindset to accept the discomfort and doing it anyway. I had to go through this gruelling physical pain along the challenge to realise this simple truth. And here is a little snippet of my change throughout the month of June. Thanks.

I never liked the easy way.And listening to your mind takes a great toll on you . Dumb thing lies at times.
And it doesn’t see with the eyes you have. It doesn’t reason with your prefrontal cortex. It does what it pleases.
As if you’re living with an alien within you. It does what it pleases. You like it at times. Other times you don’t. But if you surrender it will take you to places unknown. Fun and scary, bright and dark. Odds aren’t in your favour all the time. But do you play safe or do you free yourself. Your call.
