Thinking about joining "The Push-Up Challenge" this June, but not sure where to start?
Start slow and build up gradually. Begin with wall push-ups or incline push-ups, then move to knee push-ups before trying full push-ups. Focus on good form, be consistent, and celebrate every little improvement/win!
