We found another lake!
Remember when our Greenkeeping Team found a hidden lake between the 3rd green and the 7th tee last year? (link in comments) ...well, they've done it again!
The 8th hole lake has been empty and choked with Typha for the past three years, but now it's making a comeback!
The team have cleared the area, refilled the lake, and are now starting to mulch and replant the area with native endemic species.

A deceptively tricky short par 3, hole 7 at the Royal Birkdale has claimed more than a few golfing legends over the years, and it will be doing its best to deny you that coveted Whaleback Nearest the Pin title too!
A couple of things to note:
1️⃣ Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative stock items
2️⃣ Left-handed winners, we've got you covered... your wedges will be made to order!
