My 1st quilt finish for 2025!

One WIP down. Not counting how many more to go 😅

Drawing and fabric realisation.
When I'm making my appliqued designs I generally draw on paper first, then I make a plastic template for the elements. With this one I simplified the seagull beak because it was too small and fiddly. I added a touch of embroidery stitching for the eye and legs to keep them fine and not too bulky.

Long arm Wednesday today.
Working on this cutie with an E2E design.
Might start the binding tonight! ❤
