The Friendly Baker

Here’s another Valentines Day dessert.
I made this last year and had fun experimenting. I created the box out of chocolate and used acetate and (possibly) a tin of baked beans to set the shape… honestly can’t quite remember.
But how yummy does it look?!

This heart-shaped box is a caramel mud cake, layered with a salted caramel ganache and topped with Ferrero Rocher.

My work colleagues were stoked when they spotted it in the lunch room this morning.
