“I was that reluctant mother. I was so hesitant to get help - don’t let that be you!!

I am a full time working mum but I also want to be a very hands on Mother and I am very invested in our baby’s health. I always want to make sure I can do the best I can for him.

I am also responsible for the care of our very large 36 people family. As all mothers, if the baby wasn’t sleeping, I wasn’t sleeping. My little bub also didn’t like sleeping during the day. My life didn’t slow down (and I didn’t slow down). It came to the point that if I wasn’t healthy I wouldn’t be able to care properly for the baby.

At first I was reluctant to engage the beautiful Sleep Angel Genevieve, especially because I was worried about not being with the baby over night or worried about crying it out and worried that the baby would suffer unnecessarily because a stranger couldn’t possibly know all the little things I know about my baby. I especially felt bad because I actually had a good sleeping baby but he just needed that extra help to self settle off to sleep and resettle every time he woke. I thought about all the children I know (which is a lot as we have a very large family) and the sleep associations they had as a baby and even now and decided with my husband that we wanted our little boy to develop positive sleep associations from now for his whole life.
That’s when I reached out to Genevieve and she changed my life in more ways than one. Most importantly, she gave my son positive sleep associations and the benefits are seen immediately.

But Genevieve was also a Sleep Angel for me - she helped me get rid of all my mum guilt and separation anxiety because she showed me all the benefits of the quality of sleep my baby boy received and gave me ongoing support after she left that never made me feel alone. She was there to guide me through the feelings of stress or anxiety as I was continuing the fantastic sleep routine she put in place. She didn’t have a one-size fits all approach and always listened to my feelings as my baby’s mother. She didn’t dismiss my anxiety but reassured me with her confidence that always proved to be the right thing for my little bubs. Now everyone around me is so impressed and suprised with how my little baby sleeps. In fact, they didn’t believe that sleep like that for a baby was possible.

“Before meeting our wonderful Sleep Angel Genevieve, our five month old son was waking up every 45 minutes at night. He would then be, frankly, miserable all day.

After three nights of Genevieve’s magic, he now sleeps 11.5-12 hours without so much as a squeak! Not only is he sleeping better, but he’s happier during the day and even feeding better as well!

Our toddler gets more quality time with us during the day because we’re not sleep deprived zombies!
