Last night Kero had the privilege of facilitating a new Four Way Test club building workshop with the wonderful members of the Rotary Club of Armadale —and what a fantastic evening it was.

Rotarians, both new and experienced, embraced the opportunity to reflect on how the Four Way Test applies in practical, everyday club life. In a fun, open and relaxed environment, members shared their experiences, challenged each other’s thinking, and highlighted the many strengths that make their club such a success.

What stood out most was Armadale Rotary’s willingness to reflect, learn and grow. Their journey in building a resilient, modern and inclusive club in recent years shows exactly how powerful Rotary’s values can be when they are actively lived.
