In the times you need them, and in the times you think you don’t, always return to your practices.
For me that’s journalling, yoga, kinesiology, breathwork, music, movement and having the space to raw dog the emotions that need to be felt to be freed.
It’s also being held by the people who love me, who show up, sit beside me and remind me they got me.
Life keeps moving and that’s the beautiful contrast of being human. Multiple things can coexist.
You can feel what you need to feel in private while continuing to help, create and contribute in public.
So that’s what I’ll do.
Because this is what it’s all about.
And The Belonging ain’t gonna fill itself 🤪
It’s also been a really clear reminder that we rarely know everything someone is carrying when they show up online.
Someone can be moving through something deeply personal while still working, creating, laughing and sharing the parts they’re ready to share.
Honestly, what a gift it is to have connection and authenticity at the heart of what I do.
Life can throw a doozy, and I can still meet it with honesty, stay open and allow myself to be supported ❤️
