Throwback Thursday: Stone Street, South Perth

Stone Street was a significant project for a fledging practice, commissioned in 1997 by the same client as our Riverside Apartments project in Como.

Featuring a single apartment per level over nine levels, this project pushed height limits at the time, incorporating a mezzanine into the penthouse level.

The building form, including the sculptural northern wall, navigated privacy challenges, while maximising aspect to the river.

The recently completed Broadway on the Bay project in Crawley tells a compelling story of design to completion.

Complex projects delivered over years sometimes require significant changes, but Hillam’s long experience in the field means we design with the clear intent to deliver on the vision.

Our team is extremely proud of maintaining the design aesthetic and form on this project.
