Cakes by Pop

These biscuits were to accompany the Disco Barbie Party cake. I drew up the design on the computer then either 3D printed them or etched them on acrylic.

I made this cake for a 40th birthday. The pink explosion was so fun to make. The customer supplied their own doll which was added upon drop off. The cakes were chocolate with ganache, sponge with strawberry ganache and chocolate with strawberry ganache. A taste explosion on each level.

Last weekend we celebrated my youngest first birthday. We had a simple style cake. It was a sword (Excalibur) rising up from the lake. The inside were layers of chocolate and vanilla cake with a chocolate mousse filling and a strawberry crunch to finish it off. Very tasty!
