Within weeks of joining a project on one of Australia's major mining operations, a young member of our Scaffolder Team, Jack Goodwin earned high praise from the client for his professionalism, initiative and leadership. 🙌
In fact, they were so impressed with his contribution that they requested his pay be increased to Leading Hand rates for the week. Now that's not something you see every day! 👌

When unexpected absences left a leadership gap, he stepped up without hesitation, helping coordinate scaffold works and keeping things moving.
