Spaghetti meal prep: x3 onions, x4 carrots, x6 small mushrooms, x1.5 cloves of garlic, x1 green capsicum, x1 red capsicum, x3 tomatoes diced up and sweated down in the pan. Added Italian herbs, parsley, oregano and rosemary. Then put in x5 different spaghetti sauces (I use Raguletto). Then added 2kg of lean chicken mince to simmer. Put into individual containers with white linguine cooked up separately to add each day. Hope this series on meal prep helps.
