What's on my man's bedside table?
These are items that my hubby uses at night time to support him with restful sleep.
✿Easy Air Lozenges.
These help with opening the airways which helps with the snoring. He chews on one of these before going to sleep and it really helps!
✿Easy Air Vapour Stick.
This is a good one to rub on your chest or on the tip of your nose to support clear breathing too!
