What a great way to start your week!

Our beginners class worked on cleaning up their kicks and joining some of the classic strikes together. Then the intermediate group drilled some footwork, hit pads and had a spar with the fight team.

Cutting 11-12 kilos over the span of 10 weeks whilst training was probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. It taught me that I can achieve a lot more than I thought by staying disciplined and consistent.”
