Newborn nights are brutal but they don’t last forever. Find what helps you reset in the morning and surround yourself with positive, fabulous energy only.

Side note: I cannot wait to get back moving on the bike at but sleep and recovery are still a priority. Missing everyone loads!

C E L E B R A T I N G the journey of Baby T ☕️🍋💙

It was always a dream of mine to have three kids. After struggle with no.1 and going through Ovulation Induction Fertility Treatment - we thought Blakely might be our only miracle baby. But Jayden had other plans: 10 months pp after stopping breast feeding, BAM 💥 pregnant naturally with master Jayden! Biggest shock (and best surprise) ever!!

Given I had conceived naturally, we thought about no.3, 2 yrs ago… And sure enough, sooner than expected, we got a positive! But unfortunately that high soon turned to a very low low with a D&C 🌈👼 I was broken but my heart couldn’t let go of my dream. These are the people that held my hand, constantly checking in on me, endless hugs without any words and supported me to keep trying.

Another 3 horrific miscarriages went by…. 👼👼👼
I had nearly lost hope. The last 2 years with 4 miscarriages (unexplained) have been brutal. But whilst away in NZ last year, my dream baby decided it was time. 💙

So this Baby Brunch wasn’t just for me, it was to celebrate this journey and support, the true miracle of conception! I love these ladies more than words. And a special mention to my girl Blakely, this is just as much her dream as mine. My biggest cheerleader! 🎀 Not long to go now Blakes, and our baby boy will be here to love & spoil! 💙 I can’t wait to see you, Jayden and Baby T together to complete our family.

If you have struggled, experienced a loss or are struggling, I feel you! It’s a pain like no other, and I don’t wish it on anyone. Surround yourself with the best people. Let them in. Lean on them. Talk to them. Let them distract you, spoil you and try laugh with them ✨ And find a way to switch off, release that unwanted frustration, escape reality and feel the best version of you during a pretty sh*tty time. 🚴‍♀️🪩💃😜
