-If you feel weary and burdened, He wants to strengthen you.
-The Lord wants to restore your hope and vigor.
-He will renew you day by day.
-He promises to renew the strength of those who trust in Him.

*Prayer:* Lord, thank You that we can trust in You to renew our strength and to empower us. Give us the strength to face the challenges of life with the strength and power that only comes from You. Amen.

*'I sought the LORD, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears.'*

-God's promises to you is that He will deliver you.
-Those things you fear are no challenge to the Lord.
-Pursue God and His presence and guidance.

*Prayer:* Lord, when we feeling fearful and uncertain, we choose to turn to You. Thank You that You are faithful to hear and answer our call. Remove the fear and fill us with Your peace we pray. Amen.

-Transformation of our hearts is something God wants to do in our lives.
-Hearts of stone only cause damage.
-Tender hearts can be used by God and have an intergenerational effect.
-HE wants to renew your heart and align it with His will.

*Prayer:* Spirit of the living God, would you please come and fall afresh on us. Make us, mend us, fill us and use us. Give us a new heart and put a new spirit within us. Amen.
