Some people enjoy a challenge. Shanon is one of them.

He may only be a few months into his role as a Service Technician at Barons but he’s already busy getting stuck into the work and learning the ropes.

Hailing from the sales side of the beer industry, his favourite part of the job so far is the constant learning about what it takes to dispense a well-made beer perfectly.

After a solid day on the tools, his go-to beer is a tough choice between Guinness and Beerfarm IPL.

Josh joined Barons late last year as a Service Technician and has been getting stuck into the work ever since.

Whether it is beer line cleaning or dialling in the perfect Guinness, he enjoys the challenge that comes with the role.

A new career after 30 years takes a bit of courage.

James joined Barons a couple of months ago as a Service Technician after spending three decades as a mortgage broker. The early mornings were a change of pace at first, but he has settled in well.

What stood out straight away was the team culture. James says the camaraderie makes it feel like he has been here for years already.

His beer of choice? Swan Draught.
