Harmony Week is an opportunity for all Western Australians to celebrate our State’s rich cultural, religious and linguistic diversity, and to reflect on the importance of inclusion, respect and belonging.
In Western Australia, Harmony Week celebrations are held from 15–20 March, recognising the importance of celebrating diversity, while also acknowledging the need to challenge racism, remove barriers to inclusion, and promote fairness and equity.
Harmony Week aligns with ChemCentre’s ongoing commitment to respect, fairness and inclusion, and serves as a reminder that each of us plays a role in creating a workplace where people feel safe, valued and supported to contribute their skills, perspectives and experiences.

Today marks the start of 16 Days in WA.
Running from 25 November to 10 December, the campaign raises awareness and encourages action to end violence against women.
The 2025 theme, “Stopping Family and Domestic Violence: Play Your Part”, highlights the responsibility we all share in creating safer communities.
At ChemCentre, we stand together to say:
✨ Violence against anyone is unacceptable
✨ Everyone has the right to live and work free from violence and harassment
✨ Everyone can make a difference.
This is not only a women’s issue, but also a whole-of-community responsibility.
Each of us can play a role by promoting respect, support and safety for all, to help build a safer Western Australia.
R U OK? Any Day
At ChemCentre, we know that life has its ups and downs, and sometimes the most powerful support starts with a simple question: “R U OK?”
Today, we spent the day reminding everyone that a simple “R U OK?” can open the door to meaningful conversations, help someone feel less alone, and even save a life.
R U OK? Day is a national reminder to check in with those around us, start a conversation about mental health, and show we care. This year’s message is clear: every day is the right day to ask.
You don’t need to wait for a special day…regularly reaching out to friends, family, and colleagues can make all the difference. The conversation doesn’t need to be perfect; it just needs to come from a place of care.
