**Teaching update*** I've been a little quiet on this page lately. Thrilled to announce I have completed my Masters in TEACHING and life is ebbing and flowing as I now teach both on the mat (yoga) and off the mat (inclusive learning for all children in primary school settings). Limited yoga schedule at the moment but I'll be back with more in the Summer. Thanks to everyone near and far for your support. ❤️ "We are all visitors to this time, this place. Emma adapts the class to suit all levels and I don’t feel out of my depth. She is incredibly gentle and nurturing towards each of us, and pays close attention to everyone in the class. I find the class a perfect mix of relaxation, strength and stamina - all tools needed to help you get through pregnancy and beyond. Emma is very knowledgeable and I feel safe and confident under her care and guidance. I would highly recommend!
The Prenatal yoga course is designed to nourish and nurture mother and baby. Find comfort, strength and ease in your pregnancy as you prepare for birth and beyond. All choices in childbirth are respected.
