Working in with managing director Steele from Jolly & Sons Pty ltd, we have built a 22pallet Jumbo Premium body that has had a few minor design changes to suit their requirements & includes: Full-width rear floor drains, double racking + load restraint & recessed rear evap with protection cage. The refrigerated unit installed is a multi-temp from https://www.tkwest.com.au/ & has gone the Precedent & this looks fantastic !!
What makes this trailer unique is the fact that we have completed a body swap onto an existing chassis where the old body was no longer performing as it should & repair cost would exceed the replacing the body, this means he is saving on BIG $$$ doing the build this way & is something for all refrigerated companies/ owners to think ways to increase savings when purchasing trailers. Steele had got the chassis cleaned & resprayed ready for this install.

Stay Cool Trucks has built this 6 Pallet CBP CHILLER VAN to suit the requirements the body must be able to achieve during the everyday loading & unloading.

2 Single side doors & fixed steps, 1 Row offload restraint + load bars, chemlite scuff bands.

Stay Cool Trucks has been repairing & building for Bidfood Australia for the last 10 years.

Build spec: Bidfood has received an 8 PALLET PREMIUM BODY which includes 2 x rows of load lock plus load bars, a side door with fixed cradle step. Also, installed for wall protection was an upgrade to the internal kick panels by having galvanised steel joining the walls & floor. The body has included an internal stainless steel HD double sliding gliding system that includes 3mm PVC curtains, this will help to divide their loads. BIDFOOD PREMIUM BODY has installed an 850 refrigerated unit at Tracs Transport refrigeration specialist www.tracs.com.au Bretto is always on top of everything that happens in WA.
