I completed a changeover of a roof mounted split system today and the photos speak for themselves.
The previous installers didn’t use UV stabilised insulation on the copper which you can see by the bare copper pipes.
After replacing the roof brackets I installed the new copper using UV and fire rated insulation which will cope with the extreme heat we get here in Perth.

This was definitely one happy customer.
