The core focus of our weekly program at Aspire is a balanced mix of Strength or Resistance training.
Quality strength training can provide significant benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being. It can improve muscle strength & tone, help with posture, mobility & balance while burning serious calories (even after when at rest).
It can help improve body image and more importantly boost your self-confidence and mood. It is linked to
improved sleep, self-esteem & performance of everyday tasks.
As part of our ‘Spring into Summer’ program you can choose from 8 weekly strength options at Aspire including ‘STRONG, STRONG/SWEAT and BOYS/GIRLS NIGHT’ to get your recommended dose of resistance training.
