✨ What the Gongs Do for Me ✨
I have attended a few sound healing sessions where the gongs were played…
and it reminded me why I feel so deeply connected to them.
There’s something about the gongs that goes beyond just sound…
other than feeling like they're moving through the body in a way that words can’t quite explain.
For me, they quiet the mind almost instantly…
and take me into this space of stillness where everything softens.
I can feel my whole nervous system begin to relax…
my body lets go…
and I drop into a deeper state of presence.
Sometimes it feels like a reset…
sometimes like a release…
and other times like I’m being held in this really supportive, expansive energy.
Every experience is different, but I always come away feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected.
That’s why I love sharing this work…
because it’s not something you have to understand…
it’s something you feel.
