At LabWest we take your hair sample and weigh a portion, then digest the sample with acids (reaction in a sealed test tube)
Doing this brings the elements of interest from your hair; such as, calcium, magnesium, mercury, arsenic, lead etc (we can analyse for around 70 elements) into the acidic solution.
We then dilute this solution with ultra pure water and finally insert into one of our specialised pieces of equipment.
The final report generated is in a format that naturopaths are familiar with and may easily be interpreted by them.
