Don’t throw away your pumpkin seeds! Roasted pumpkin seeds and chickpeas are an easy, healthy and delicious snack. Just drizzle a little olive oil and fave spices (this one was coriander, cumin and cayenne) over chickpeas and roast in slow oven until close to crunchy. Mix through pepitas and roast for around 5 minutes (keep watch as they burn easily) πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
