SCALES Community Legal Centre is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its supportive, values-driven team and make a genuine impact in the Rockingham and Kwinana communities.

In this role, you will provide family law advice, casework and representation, including supporting women experiencing family and domestic violence through the Family Violence Unit (FVU), as part of a holistic, trauma-informed and culturally safe service model.

We are partnering with a disability support services provider in Perth’s inner western suburbs who is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to coordinate the onboarding journey for new Support Workers.

You’ll play a key role in making sure new support workers have a smooth, positive start - coordinating onboarding, keeping training and credential steps on track, and being a calm, friendly point of contact throughout the process.

✨ Lead onboarding and coordination over the first 8 weeks
✨ Be the first point of contact for new starters
✨ Coordinate training, credentials and compliance steps
✨ Draft contracts and HR correspondence
✨ Support the training team and assist front of house when needed
