Introducing Jessica Franich, Digital Designer at Nani Creative and one of our REPRESENT 2025 speakers.

A true jack of all trades, Jessica has explored a wide range of creative fields before finding her place in digital design. Embracing her late-stage ADHD diagnosis has been a catalyst for self-discovery and the driving force behind her advocacy for more inclusive workplaces.

Though her design career is still in its early stages, Jessica is passionate about creating open dialogue around neurodiversity in the workforce — championing diverse perspectives as essential to the future of creativity.

At REPRESENT, Jessica will share her personal journey and how she’s using her voice to make space for others in the industry.
