Project Update – Celsius Living, Champion Lakes
Stage 2 civil works continue to progress well, with earthworks, sewer and drainage now complete. Retaining walls, electrical works and road construction are now underway. Practical Completion remains on track for July 2026, with land titles anticipated in August 2026.

Landscaping works within the Stage 1 public open space are largely complete, with the final boardwalk through the retained mature trees being the primary remaining element. During May, we hosted a sneak preview of the park for Champion Lakes buyers. The event was well attended and provided future residents with an opportunity to meet their neighbours and experience the growing sense of community within the estate.

Earlier this month the entire Celsius crew packed up and went to Rotto for 2 nights to celebrate 20 years. Whilst 4 of us joined the previous business between 1999 – 2001, August 2005 marked the establishment of our own development business to compliment the sales, property and strata management organisation. This 20-year event wasn’t about reflection, strategy and forward planning, it was 48 hours of celebrating our people who make the organisation what it is today.

Rather than writing to you about my thoughts on the past 20 years and our Rotto celebration, I thought you may like to hear from some of our team on the experience through their eyes…
