當輪胎像照片這樣完全失壓時，請不要繼續行駛。
If your tyre is completely flat like this, do not continue driving.

1. 將車輛停放至安全位置

Pull Over Safely

遠離車流並停放在安全地點。
Move the vehicle to a safe location away from traffic.

2. 開啟雙黃警示燈

Turn On Hazard Lights

提醒其他用路人注意您的車輛。
Alert other drivers that your vehicle is stationary.

3. 打開 Tesla App

Open the Tesla App

使用手機開啟 Tesla App。
Launch the Tesla App on your mobile device.

4. 點選「Roadside Assistance」

Select “Roadside Assistance”

進入 Tesla 道路救援功能。
Access Tesla’s roadside assistance service.

5. 選擇「Flat Tire」

Choose “Flat Tire”

選擇爆胎或輪胎故障項目。
Select the flat tyre assistance option.

6. 確認車輛位置與資訊

Confirm Vehicle Location

確認定位及車輛資訊後送出申請。
Verify your location and vehicle details before submitting the request.

7. 等待道路救援或拖車

Wait for Roadside Assistance

Tesla 會安排道路救援或拖車服務。
Tesla will arrange roadside assistance or towing service.

8. 由專業輪胎中心檢查

Have the Tyre Professionally Inspected

檢查輪胎、輪圈及相關部件是否受損。
Inspect the tyre, wheel and related components for damage.
