This development was successfully handed over this week and the anchor tenants Woolworths are open and operating!

What a great example of aesthetics coming together with functionality on a shopping complex in Perths North utilising a mixture of products such as BLUECHIP GROUP Ultracore G2 and Ultralign in contrast with Siniat Australia by Etex CFC amongst many curves.

The Hybrid Linings team delivered the monster combined Internal Ceilings, Walls and Feature Linings as well as the External Facade and Soffits package on this development and it looks absolutely stunning.

We’re proud to announce Hybrid Linings has been awarded the iconic Mos Lane development, delivering a complete Design & Construct facade package spanning more than 7,500m².

Featuring what is believed to be Perth’s first large-scale Sculptform fluted facade in a striking copper patina finish, combined with Austral Brick slip and Siniat Australia by Etex CFC cladding systems, Mos Lane is set to become one of the city’s most distinctive architectural landmarks.

Our scope includes full design, engineering and facade delivery from concept through to completion.
