This week, our Nudge team took time to pause, reflect and lean in during National Reconciliation Week - including joining the live-streamed Reconciliation WA Breakfast together on Wednesday morning.

The 2026 theme, “All In”, is a reminder that reconciliation is not something we stand on the sidelines of. It asks all of us to show up - through our actions, our conversations, and our willingness to listen, learn and walk together.

At Nudge, connection sits at the heart of what we do.
Every mentoring conversation, every relationship built on trust, every moment of support and understanding - that’s where meaningful change begins.

This week reminded us that reconciliation isn’t just a statement.
It’s commitment.
It’s accountability.
It’s continuing to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, respected and supported.

We know there is always more to learn, more to listen to, and more action to take - and we’re committed to being All In for that journey.
