We are proud to share that DRA Projects and DRA Shared Services SA were recognised at the Mining Qualifications Authority 2026 Good Practice Awards for achieving the highest alignment between the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR). This recognition reflects the strong collaboration of the Human Resources teams across DRA Global.

This recognition highlights the organisation’s strong commitment to impactful skills development and ensuring that training initiatives are closely aligned with both business needs and industry priorities.

We are especially proud to celebrate that DRA Projects received the award in the Large Company category, while DRA Shared Services South Africa was recognised in the Medium Company category.

This achievement reflects the collective effort across the business to prioritise learning, development, and the growth of critical skills within the mining and engineering sector.
