At El Pollo Loco, we use recipes that have been passed on by Chefs Jonnys mother, father and other beloved family members...and "Mums Rice" is made here in house exactly how Jonny's mum made it for him growing up in Chilie 🙂🇨🇱

Make sure you try "Mums Rice" next time you're here! It's the perfect companion to a plate of a barbecued meat on a cold winters night 😀

This long weekend, our family restaurant will be open from 12pm until late Friday to Sunday but we are taking a well-deserved day off on Monday June 3rd. 😀

Dear Valued Customers,

Since we launched El Pollo Loco in December last year, we have been accepting table reservations over the phone and via Direct Message.

However, as time progressed, we found that the system of reserving tables no longer worked in our favour.

Although many guests respected our system and arrived on time/ordered on time, it has unfortunately become increasingly common that other guests are turning up very late, or will sit at the table chatting for a long time before ordering, or not place their order until the entire dining party arrives (which did happen once when the last guest arrived to the table 40 minutes late 😔).

Unfortunately, when things like this happen, it only complicates and highly inconveniences other upcoming reservations arriving afterwards.

Although we did put up a reminder that we can only hold the table for 15 minutes, it has become increasingly difficult for our humble team to manage.

Therefore, as of Wednesday, 15th May 2024, we will no longer be taking any more table reservations AT THIS TIME and will be accepting Walk-Ins only on a first come, first serve basis.

REST ASSURED - if you had already made a reservation before this announcement was made and it was confirmed by us, we will still honour your reservation 🙂

Providing our customers the highest quality of service is important to us, so we appreciate your understanding of this matter until we can decide on a better system to accept table reservations. 🙏
