This is what it's all about.

Today's lesson went overtime. Because my gorgeous little year 2, previously a reluctant reader, couldn't stop talking animatedly about all the different jobs the letter E can do in a word. And, to use his words, how 'really kinda cool' that is.

New toys arrived. Lots of fun place value learning coming up this term. And they're foam, so they won't weigh my tutoring bag down too much 🙂
