There are wet weather weddings and then there was Georgia & Luke. This is early morning at Mt Osmond Lookout in Adelaide. If this looks foggy and grey it is because we are literally standing in the rain clouds! A lot of the shots we had planned for the lookout got canned because of a downpour of rain. A nice man walking his dog took pity on us all and opened his home to to get some shelter. This is actually his backyard! If you could peer through that fog you would have a birds eye view of the city of Adelaide, not that you need to see it. It looks awesome as it is!

Full credit needs to go to my Niece Georgia and her husband Luke. They planned to have a first look at Mt Osmond at sunrise and were hoping for a much more temperate climate, but this is what nature dealt on the day. Despite this they still wanted to go through with it. They had umbrellas but it was still very very wet. It is a testament to never giving up even when the conditions couldn't be worse. Make the most of your wedding day no matter what weather you get. It may be not what you expect, but it can also create some totally unexpected amazing memories and one in a lifetime shots. Be brave and just be in Love with each other. Everything else will work out fine :)
